Project Support

• Determine the best model for you based on your desired features and needs

• Gather any additional details related to your project, and identifying other parties involved in the process which could include, but not limited to:

  • General Contractor / Builder

  • Architect or qualified designer

  • Interior Designer

Step 3

Confirm Your Model

• Work alongside a designated HAVN support member to finalize your customizable design items such as:

  • Exterior wall panel profile and colour

  • Roof colour

  • Trim colour

  • Gutter and downspout colour

  • Floor assembly with stair opening

  • Locations of openings (window(s) and door(s))

• Once your model and design options have been finalized, your personalized selections will be submitted to our engineering team to prepare the required shop drawing set for fabrication and building permit submission

Step 4

Fabrication

• Once received, confirm your fabrication drawings with your builder, local designer, or building permit consultant that all openings are sized and located as per your intended floor plan.

• Final approval sign off and release to fabrication.

• 4-5 weeks to delivery from time of signed approval.

Step 5

Delivery and Erection

• Prepare your site / location to receive delivery of your HAVN structure.

• Know your loading area, equipment to off load, receive and securely store your material packing list.

• Share your material list and erection drawings with your General Contractor or Quality Erection Contractor.

Step 6

Securing the Shell Structure

• Install windows and doors (by others) to fully secure your building envelope phase of construction.

Step 7

Enjoy

• That’s it! Once you’ve completed your interior finishes you’re move-in ready.
